Vision Over Sight offers a unique educational experience for school districts, principals and teachers, by providing training in best practices for aspiring and new teachers.
Can you see beyond what's in front of you?
There are many things that aspiring and new teachers need to know; often all at the same time. They struggle to the point that according to the National Education Association (NEA), twenty percent of all new teachers leave the profession within 3 years and forty-four percent leave within 5 years. Does this have to occur? No, and it won’t with proper training and care.

Vision Over Sight exists to aid new teachers in dealing with the many systems and methodologies that overwhelm them, so they won’t have to make a decision to leave.

Thanks for visiting my website. I have been a Educator and Teacher for over 20 years. My goal is to educate teachers on how to better engage and have successful relationships with the children they teach. There are layers to children and more than meets the eye.
